Screen Capture

Would you like to insert what you're looking at into a word processing document?   Or maybe capture an error that has appeared on your screen and email it to the Fulton Computer Co.?  It's easy!

1. Hit your "Print Screen" key, which is usually located just to the right of your "F12" function key.

2. Open your Windows "Paint" program (Start - Programs - Accessories - Paint)

3. Click on "Edit", then "Paste".  If you receive a message that reads "The image in the clipboard is larger than the bitmap.  Would you like the bitmap enlarged?", just click on "OK".

4. That's it!  You may now save this image as a .BMP (bitmap) file, or better yet as a .JPG (J-peg) file, which is smaller and easier to email.
